Mickey Eckles brings 35 years of organizational leadership experience, including 26 years as an Executive Pastor, to his role in leadership and employee development with LouderLED. Throughout his career, he has focused on investing in people, developing leaders, and helping organizations succeed.

Mickey believes strong communication skills and self-awareness are two foundational keys to thriving in any relational context. He's passionate about strengthening teams, building healthy organizational cultures, and helping people reach their potential.

At LouderLED, Mickey enjoys working with people at every level of an organization, from frontline employees to executive leaders. His approach is practical, relational, and encouraging, grounded in the belief that everyone has value and something meaningful to contribute.

Mickey earned his bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University and his master's degree in Biblical Studies from Wayland Baptist University. He's also the author of Not Your Average Guy and co-author with his wife, Bonnie, of Not Your Average Parents.

Mickey and Bonnie live in McKinney, Texas. He enjoys playing golf, writing, spending time with family, and building meaningful relationships.
