Marcus Brecheen is a leadership facilitator with LouderLED and a seasoned pastor, coach, and consultant with a unique blend of business and ministry experience. With a degree in Finance and an MBA, Marcus began his career specializing in contract negotiation and strategic decision-making. His passion for people and leadership development later led him to seminary, where he earned a master’s degree in Theology—deepening his commitment to helping others grow with clarity, purpose, and strength.

Marcus has served as a Senior Pastor and continues to invest in leadership growth through Next Level Leadership cohorts and ongoing development. Today, Marcus and his wife, Lexa, own a leadership coaching and consulting practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where they support executive teams, individuals, and pastors through coaching, consulting, and marriage ministry. He is known for his thoughtful approach, steady encouragement, and ability to connect with people in meaningful ways.

Marcus and Lexa have been married for thirty-three years and have raised five young adult children. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys staying fit, playing golf, and reading.
