Kerri Thompson serves as LouderLED’s Fractional COO and Trainer, supporting leadership development across electric and telecom cooperatives. With a background in marketing, graphic design, leadership coaching, and team development, she brings both the people side and the systems side—building the structure that helps LouderLED deliver with consistency as it grows. Kerri is a certified DISC facilitator and is known for helping teams communicate clearly, lead with confidence, and stay aligned through seasons of change. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and has worked with cooperative leaders, chamber organizations, and executive teams to strengthen clarity, alignment, and execution.

Outside of work, Kerri is a wife and mom of three who loves hiking, hosting, and creating tools that help people grow—real conversations, simple frameworks, and clear next steps.
