Louder LED began with a story long before it had a name. Jantzen grew up in Hereford, Texas, watching his dad, Steve Louder, lead as General Manager of Deaf Smith Electric Cooperative—an early foundation that formed a deep respect for the cooperative mission and the people who keep communities connected. Jantzen earned degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Wayland Baptist University and Texas Tech University and served at South Plains Electric Cooperative, where he gained hands-on operational experience and later became Director of Engineering and Operations. For 16 years, Jantzen also served in executive pastor and leadership roles, strengthening his ability to lead teams, develop people, and guide organizations through growth and change.

Today, Jantzen and his wife, Abby, lead Louder LED as a family-led company serving electric and telecommunications co-ops with integrity, consistency, and a relational approach.
