Celeste Claborn serves as LouderLED’s Chief Curriculum Officer, helping shape the content and communication behind the company’s leadership development programs. She is passionate about making complex leadership ideas simple, practical, and memorable so they can spark real growth, improvement, and unity within the cooperatives LouderLED serves.

Celeste brings both professional and personal experience in the cooperative world. She spent nearly five years at South Plains Electric Cooperative working on Construction Work Plans and system growth preparation. She also grew up in a co-op family, with her father serving as the manager of an electric cooperative for more than twenty years. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Science from Wayland Baptist University and has developed strong communication and writing skills through leadership roles in several women’s ministry organizations over the years.

 Outside of LouderLED, Celeste is a wife to her husband, John, and a mother to four children. She enjoys reading, exercising, snow skiing, and building relationships that help people feel seen and valued.
