Abby Louder is the co-founder of LouderLED and a West Texas native. She and her husband, Jantzen, lead the company with a strong belief that people are the greatest asset of any organization—and that healthy teams are built through consistent leadership, clear communication, and genuine care for others. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wayland Baptist University and is especially passionate about serving cooperatives well and helping teams grow with confidence through seasons of change.

At LouderLED, Abby helps create a smooth and meaningful experience for every client. She supports communication, coordination, and follow-through to ensure each training day is well planned, organized, and easy to engage with. Known for her steady presence and people-first approach, Abby helps keep LouderLED’s training practical, personal, and grounded in real-life leadership needs.

Outside of LouderLED, Abby enjoys real estate projects and has a gift for seeing potential in spaces by bringing them back to life with care and creativity.
